An Evening at Hogwarts: A Culinary & Cinematic Journey

Join us on December 21st for An Evening at Hogwarts, where the magic of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone meets a curated six course dining experience inspired by the Wizarding World.

Begin your journey by catching the Golden Snitch with a playful amuse bouche of goat cheese rolled in turmeric and gold with crispy prosciutto wings.

From there, wander through Hogsmeade with a harvest salad of roasted squash, arugula and spinach, honeyed goat cheese, toasted pepitas, and a cider maple vinaigrette.

Settle into your seat aboard the Hogwarts Express with delicate tea sandwiches layered with smoked salmon, English cucumber, and dill crème fraîche.

At the Leaky Cauldron, enjoy a plate of cured meats and aged cheeses before refreshing your palate with a Butterbeer sorbet made with brown butter and cream soda.

For the Great Hall Feast, savor a Guinness braised short rib served with potato parsnip purée.

Finish the evening with the Sorcerer’s Stone, a blackberry semifreddo crowned with a white chocolate dome.
